   2. If any participant spams other users or uses negative language for others via Email or whatsapp
   3. If any participant uses foul language in a LIVE class
   4. If any participant (paid by competitors - as has happened before) - writes negative or provocative comments/ feedback on social media - without first clarifying on Email with the program creator
   5. Such code of conduct will not warrant any refunds to any such student
   6. Such students will also be barred from taking any further courses of Shunya AI
