  4. The format and content in 1 RUPAY CLUB can be changed by the creator - this will be done basis feedback from the participants
  5. Creator of 1 RUPAY CLUB reserves all rights to the content and format of the club - all changes will be duly commnunicated to all active members   

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The views expressed in the LIVE SESSIONS are of the speaker and the speaker alone
  2. Shunya AI as a platform supports learning that helps people progress and build a better world

  4. Viewers are advised to use their maturity and discretion while attending these sessions 
  5. This is a subscription of value INR 1 (now INR 10 - starting 30 JAN 2026) . The user can cancel the subscription anytime they want to from the same app/ card from which they have made the payment
  6. No refunds are entertained post purchase

CODE OF CONDUCT:

  1. Below conditions will lead to immediate revoking of access of the course in-app and exit from our whatsapp groups:
    1. If any participant uses negative or threatening language
    2. If any participant spams other users or uses negative language for others via Email or whatsapp
    3. If any participant uses foul language in a LIVE class
    4. Such code of conduct will not warrant any refunds to any such student
    5. Such students will also be barred from taking any further courses of Shunya AI
